Current Delivery Times

Your order will be dispatched between working hours from Monday to Thursday. Orders received after noon on a Thursday, will be actioned on a Monday, when we will make sure your tasty treats are lovingly packed ready to go!

Only four will be delivered. If you want four of the same type ie 4 Chocolate Chip Flapjacks, please select only one type. If you want two of the same type ie 2 Chocolate Chip and 2 Cherry & Almond, please select only two types.

Delivery, Returns & Refunds Policy

Mail your returns, obtaining a proof of postage to:

All shipping costs for returns are at your own expense and will not be refunded.

Delivery

We will be able to offer next day delivery, on orders received before noon, using Royal Mail. Please note, handling and delivery time may vary during busy periods.

Returns

If an item has been damaged in transit or you have not received it, then do not worry, simply contact us at: info@foxcombebakehouse.co.uk explaining the issue.

If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, then I am afraid we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

When we have received your return, an email will be sent to confirm. Once we have investigated the claim, you will be notified by email as to our decision. Any refunds will be credited to the original method of payment you made, within 14 days. If your refund has not appeared in your bank, then please check with your bank and credit card company before contacting us, as processing times do vary.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if the wrong item has been shipped to you or the item is not as described. Please email info@foxcombebakehouse.co.uk
